FARGO, N.D. (KVLY/Gray News) - Two friends checking hunting cameras likely saved the life of an injured and bloody 28-year-old woman in North Dakota.According to Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner, the woman was spotted Tuesday on cameras that resident Jay Schueler had set up near County Road 81. The woman was walking alone along the Wild Rice River, appearing to be missing clothing, badly injured and bleeding. Jahner said Schueler called his friend Jeff Jones, whose property the cameras were located on, and the two went to the area to check on the woman and call 911.They reached the woman before first responders. Jahner said she had multiple cuts on her neck, describing the injuries as severe and life-threatening, and noted she was wet when they found her. The woman, who was not immediately identified by police, was treated at the scene, then taken to Sanford in Fargo.Jahner said the woman had been “left out there to die,” and credited Schueler and his friend with likely saving her life
