Will rain spook your Halloween plans? — Estero Community news

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) — Halloween is almost here, and while the Suncoast won’t be seeing any spooky cold temperatures (sorry, vampires), a few showers could crash the party during the afternoon and early evening!Saturday morning will start warm and humid — basically, it’ll feel like you’re already wearing a costume made of wet blankets. Temperatures will hang out in the lower 70s around 7 a.m., with mostly cloudy skies that’ll gradually give way to some sunshine as temperatures climb into the lower 80s by lunchtime.By the afternoon, temperatures will peak near 85 degrees, but here’s the kicker: the humidity will make it feel closer to 90-91 degrees. Translation? Your candy bag is going to get sticky, and so are you. Winds will also pick up getting gusty at times so make sure you costume is secure like the ghosts sheet. Rain chances will remain near 10% through the morning before jumping to around 30% after 2 p.m. A few scattered showers are possible through the early evening, but don’t
